2. Data Collected

AirItalia.it does not require registration and does not collect personally identifiable data (name, email, phone) during normal browsing. Automatically collected data includes: IP address (anonymised), browser and device type, pages visited and session duration, preferred browser language.

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is processed exclusively for: aggregate statistical analysis of traffic via Google Analytics; technical operation of the site (e.g. language preference); improvement of user experience.

4. Legal Basis

Processing of browsing data is based on the legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). The use of analytical cookies is subject to user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

6. Third-Party Sharing

Browsing data may be shared with: Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) for statistical analysis; Skyscanner (Skyscanner Limited) when the user clicks an affiliate link and is redirected to their site. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Data Transfers Outside the EU

Google Analytics may transfer data to the United States. The transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

8. Data Retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Language preference cookies are retained for 1 year.
